HELLO,

I’M Naz Sutcuoglu

Naz is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Residing in Toronto, she offers virtual/phone psychotherapy sessions using a Narrative Therapy approach. She integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, and Emotion-Focused Therapy techniques and interventions into her therapeutic practice to cater to each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Naz’s therapeutic work is centred on the belief that everyone deserves to find inner peace and happiness regardless of who they are or what they have been through. She offers a therapeutic space where individuals can explore their life narratives, uncover their inner strengths, and find peace and happiness within themselves.
Naz is experienced in issues including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, addiction, finding life purpose, cultivating motivation, grief, immigrant challenges, academic stress, self-confidence, and attachment. Naz’s approach is not only client-centered but also rooted in the understanding that each person's journey is unique, deserving of careful exploration and validation.
Naz's overarching goal is to facilitate a considerate and accurate understanding of the intricate web of experiences that have shaped each individual's life, empowering them to rewrite their narratives and pursue the life they aspire to have.
