I’M Karen Padilla Paz

I'm a medical secretary here at TherapYou, originally from Argentina. I'm also a university student with a B.A. in Psychology, and my dream is to become a psychologist one day.

I’ve always believed that mental and physical health go hand in hand. A happy body and a happy mind make for a happy life! That’s why I followed my passion for fitness and became a personal trainer—I love helping people feel their best inside and out.

Above all, I want everyone who walks through the doors at TherapYou to feel truly welcomed, understood, and safe.
